Automotive / Industrial Ceramic Coatings - Provide protection from heat, corrosion and wear. The inorganic chemistry of these coatings provide the greatest protection from heat oxidation, corrosion, chemical attach, and wear. Uses include automotive exhaust and headers to industrial boilers and furnaces. There header coatngs are available in numerous colors or can be vibratory finished to a chrome-like appearance.
Conductive Coatings - These coatings are formulated to to meet a range of electrical reistance values depending on end use. These uses include electrostatic dissipation, EMI shielding, and electrical conductance.
Dry Film Lubricants - A variety of binders and additives provide the ability to offer coatings that can withstand operating temperatures from 250F to 1600F while having resistance to fretting and galling. The use of PTFE or wax additives provide coatings with high levels of release and low friction.
High Temperature Coatings - Our line of phenolic and silicone coatings can withstand temperatures as high as 1200F.
Flexible Coatings - These urethane coatings, available in solvent or water based binders offer elongation as great as 700% and have excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates.
Titanium & Stainless Steel Clear Coat - Designed to prevent fingerprinting and marring of stainless steel and titanium substrates to enhance and prolong the aesthetical value of the substrate. Applied at very thin film thickness such that the presence of a coating is not evident.
Waterbased Polyurethane Resins - Co-solvent free aliphatic water based PUD exhibiting very high flexibility and a soft feel. This is intended for use by coatings formulators and is a resin only. Strating point formulations are available upon request.
